Ingredients
- 397 g Carnation Caramel or dulce de leche room temperature
- 300 ml double cream
- 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
- 1 pinch of sea salt flakes to serve

Instructions
- Put the caramel into a large bowl and stir to loosen slightly.
- Add double cream and salt and whisk until the mixture is thick and billowing
- Scoop into an airtight container and freeze overnight.
- Serve with a few flakes of sea salt sprinkled over.

TOP TIPS
This ice cream is ridiculously easy and goes beautifully with the Apple & Almond Pudding Cake. Also it is indispensable for having to hand when you need a quick pudding and it goes well with mince pies, left over Christmas pudding or just by itself when you don't have anything else. An absolute must!
