The Summer Table
Summer brings sunshine (hopefully), garden gatherings, barbeques and eating alfresco. This season’s demonstrations celebrate all that are spring and summer, showcasing a vibrant menu for entertaining that highlights the bountiful produce of the summer season.
As well as learning to cook exciting recipes, I will teach essential kitchen skills including meat and vegetable cookery, baking and pastry. With carefully selected dishes which have been tested many times the demonstration will put flavour first using beautiful ingredients to give you fuss free cooking for relaxed eating to share with family and friends.

What the morning involves.
THE DEMONSTRATIONS
The demonstrations are run in a relaxed and friendly way with the opportunity to ask lots of questions and plenty of time for tasting. Top tips are given on preparing ahead, freezing and sourcing ingredients.

Timings & Further Info
- Arrival from 10.00am with coffee and cake. Demonstration begins at 10.30am prompt.
- The morning is a combination of Gee talking through the recipes, which you will have a printed copy in front of you and demonstrating them to you in the kitchen.
- You will have the opportunity to taste all the recipes (you won’t need lunch!)
- You will take away a booklet with all recipes.
- All you need to bring is yourself and I will provide pens for writing notes.
- Finish time will be 1/1.15pm
- There will also be handpicked kitchen essentials for sale which will make ideal presents (great kitchenware items) cards, cash and bank transfers welcome.

PLEASE NOTE PARKING INSTUCTIONS
Please park in the driveway if there is room or alternatively park tight on the verge. Please then come through main gate and use the front door. It will all be signed.
PLEASE NOTE: Sat Nav can take you the wrong side of the river so please drive to Stockbridge and then follow Sat Nav.
From Stockbridge travelling in Salisbury direction
Go to the end of the high street and just over the bridge turn left signed Houghton (just after big white house on left – you have gone too far if you go up the hill)
Go down this road for approx. 2 miles where you will come to a sharp S bend
Continue on past the pub on the left (The Boot) and war memorial on right and on for ½ mile until you get to three small bends in the road
The road then straightens out and we are the cream house with green/grey windows on the left with big wooden gates. Please park in the driveway or follow overflow-parking signs. You have gone too far if you reach the T-junction.
